PopUp Restaurant - Pokolbin

Visited PopUp Restaurant after seeing all the good reviews online. WOW we was not disappointed! Drew the owner was brilliant, from the moment you enter the restaurant to leaving you don’t feel like another random customer, you feel part of the PopUp family. This was our first time visiting Hunter Valley and we are visiting again this weekend with our family who are over from the UK and we have already planned our trip back here.

We seem to visit PopUp Restaurant each time we are in the Hunter Valley and we are always very impressed. The food is lovely and fresh, the service is great and the atmosphere is perfect. Even on a busy Saturday night we were fed quickly and we all left very satisfied. Thanks for having us!

Me and my two girlfriends were stuck to find a place for dinner on a Saturday night finding that most places had booked out. We came across pop up and they made us a reservation without any hassle. The owner was lovely and very welcoming. The food and cocktails were absolutely amazing and decently priced as well. Such a cute restaurant, great good,great staff, live singer/guitarist/trumpet player. you even get to make you're own guacamole !!!!!!! Does it get any better than that. Loved everything about this place and would definitely come back ! Love love love

Very disappointing service - Website advised restaurant shuts at 1600 on Sunday. Arrived at 14:50 told abruptly by 2 female waitresses "We're closed now!", despite other diners continuing to be served even after we had left and were sitting outside. Very poor. Would have been more irritating if we have travelled a greater distance to go there.

Amazing food and amazing service. What a gem! My partner and I have wanted to go here for such a long time and finally had a weekend off to experience Popup restaurant. What a delight it was! We will be back. Matty and Jimmy kerr
