Contribuisci feedbackI had to wait an eternity to get two cups of coffee to go. I noticed three employees behind the counter, while there were two people in the drive-thru and one person changing out the donuts. Meanwhile, two customers were sitting at a table chatting, but there was no one at the counter to help me, and only one car in the drive-thru. On a positive note, the coffee was excellent!
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the service was somewhat chaotic. The woman taking our orders seemed a bit overly relaxed, which affected the experience. We ordered the avocado toast with hash browns, and it took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't quite what we had requested. This can happen sometimes, but the real issue was that we had to remind them to start making our drinks. Overall, I don't think we'll be returning anytime soon.
The food is consistently incorrect, and the coffee either has grounds in it or tastes off every single time. It would be a miracle if the five staff members combined had even three functioning brain cells.
The lines are usually very slow and they often run out of menu items. The staff is pleasant enough (not overly friendly but okay).
Go there often but the git my coffee wrong so my boss got 2 coffees this morning and I had no coffee. Lol
