Contribuisci feedbackHi, after a week traveling in Austria, where service and eating were between good to super we found the exception of the rule. we had a table in 1930 and arrived with 4 small children. we wanted to apologize for being 10 minutes too late. when we arrived, our table was still occupied and they apologised it one because they could not send the people who were sitting there from the early (they had just got their food when we arrived). when we asked after 10 minutes if there is one more table, we have one in the wine cellar. so far ok, the bread basket with the appetizers were beautiful. after more than 70 minutes we had not yet been able to eat our food. what was a surprise since we were with 4 young children and 2 of them had a child carving. we never had to wait for so long until only one main course. when we asked them about 45 how eating started, they no longer spoke English and gave an answer in Germany. rough translation was sad that I cannot help). also the 3 tables around us had to wait for a very long time (90 minutes and the food came separately for them). our food came after 75 minutes and the food was good. as an apology we got a soft egg for the children (that was actually the best dish we had this evening). the location is beautiful and super beautiful they all have the potential to be an amazing location, but completely missed. sometimes you can go wrong in the kitchen, that's ok. just keep the customers informed and not rude and speak them in German when we speak English and obviously speak English. I really hope they do something about the service, place has a lot of potential.
No better intention, no better eating, no better service and top rusty with their unmatched charm. out on the sunny terrace or inside in the cozy alm, I guarantee you not to be disappointed.
We came here twice in the february and enjoyed eating and see both occasions themaale Austrian food in good quality but when they come on a week-end or sunny day, book a table and come before 12:30 otherwise the parking space is an alpt
No better view, no better food, no better service and on top Rosi with her unmatched charm. This is hospitality and lifestyle. Outside on the sunny terrace or inside at the cozy Alm, I guarantee you will not be disappointed
