Love the pretzel twists, strawberry lemonade slushies, cherry vanilla coke with lime is sooo good. Kid-friendliness: Kids love to drive in and push the button lol

Spent $50 and get home to Bartow just to find hair in our food. Have tried calling and calling. No answer. After seeing other reviews it’s safe to say I will be stopping by there on my way home from work and they will get it right or I will go above the owners head and go straight to corporate. I see the owner says the same reply for every review left

I ordered on the app checked in and they finished my order and I sat and waited for 20+ minutes waiting for 2 large teas.. really this is not acceptable. Tried to call and no on answered. This used to be my favorite place for tea. I drive 15 minutes to get here but never again.. not really busy

The GM there is very helpful and nice I would recommend any one to go there to get something to eat ? good and fast service ? Parking: Parking is available on site and close to the front door Kid-friendliness: The people who work there are nice to everyone that comes in the store! Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are open and have enough space for anyone!
