Brigance Roadhouse - Pollock Pines

Great stop on the way to Tahoe. Beautiful view of the river, comfortable stands, fireplace. I had awarded the Patty melt and pumpkin cake pasture. My sister had a burger and the black cherry cake. Also excellent. Perfect charming family-run mountain road. The inhabitants of the Bay Area think of a vibe like Mountain House in Woodside. Very recommended. Not unusual, but it is a relaxing oasis with a good ambience and world-class view.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The owner is super friendly and offers excellent service. The dishes and drinks are delicious. We started with Nachos. My husband ordered the Speck double cheeseburger and I had the Philly cheese steak. The best cheese steak I've ever had. Very recommended! Can't wait until we get back to Cali to visit her again!

Tim and Nel are the salt of people on earth, who lead a fine establishment with delicious food, an excellent beer selection and home hospitality. It really feels like you're just going to an old friend for dinner. Very recommended. Do not forget to stop for this jewel!

I loved that the old furniture was still in place. The food was fantastic, and our waitress, though a bit shy, seemed like she would gain confidence with more experience. Overall, it was a very friendly family atmosphere!

Delicious food! Every cabin owner along Highway 50 should give it a try!
