Stageline Pizza - Polson

It 's a problem everytime I got to pizza hut and not just this location I ordered 8 garlic wings 8 mild wings and 16 BBQ wings but I got 8 BBQ wings and 16 mild this was already a replaced order that was messed up so I didn 't even waste my time calling them about thisBut my original order was 3 pizzas a cheese bread and cinnamon bread that order was messed up the Corporate office offered us 2 free large pizzas. Which was only half of what we paid for our first quarter? That was messed up but we took the offer because we didn 't want to deal with it. Like I said, this is not our first go around with Pizza Hut in the poor customer service. The next day we got an email from the manager at that location stating that they were gonna put a credit on our pizza account. Well, we have 3 accountso.We weren 't sure what Account the credit went to So when we called in , we were trying to figure out where the credit Was which account it went to?We were then basically called liars They said that the 3 numbers we gave them wasn 't linked to the credit.But then when I screenshott the email and send it to them And they couldn 't call us a liar at this point because we had proof they didn 't said that I had given them the wrong phone number which is incorrect because i 've had the Same 3 numbers for over 10 years.The very first number I gave her happen to be Where the credit was Which they said it wasn 't when we called the first time.It wasn 't until we showed them that we weren 't lying about the Credit that they all beside it found it with that number I worked for this location for about three days two weeks Prior to this happening, I worked with all the people there and they all genuinely were great people.I don 't understand why the customer service is so poor Don 't think I could think of as the employees are good but the company itself is the problem Or i 'm getting some side treatment because no longer working there I didn 't plan on leaving there Unfortunately , a better opportunity came so I took it the economies too hard to try to get by off pennies I ordered shoes was told it was gonna be Taken out my paycheck, but they would do it and portions. But when I got paid they took my entire check for the shoes and I still don 't even have the shoes so I basically worked there for nothing. I haven 't gotten a paycheck or the shoes. When I ask about it, I 'm told that they will send the shoes back and I will get mailed a paper check. This has been like over 4 weeks ago and I again haven 't received my check or shoes.

Every time I go to Pizza Hut I feel right at home comfortable the food's great my family is always happy

Take out get home and wrong pizza no pineapple on Hawaiian??

Terrible customer service and no gloves used when prepping pizza that's disgusting ? definitely won't be back need better managers to handle these situations seems lots of bad comments and still nothing done I will spend my money elsewhere with a better sanitary environment.

From the moment my kids and I walked into the restaurant the server states in a mostly empty dining area that there is no dining in and the wait time is over 25 minutes witch we have completely no issues with so we decided to just order out so we do so I also included a cookie and wings with our pizza. After picking up our food we find a doughy pizza and a completely burnt black cookie ? ?wow what did I do besides try giving the business This is the last of many failed attempts to support local of this restaurant ??it makes me sad that this is what it has become!! Totally the polson restaurant not speaking on anything but!!!
