The customer service of this place is terrible. When I call, they won't pick up the phone. I finally wanted to talk to a manager about it. The manager said their policy is that they do not answer the phones to press the use of online order. But do they tell anyone? No. They leave us all alone. And the pizza isn't as good as in other places. We're going all the way to Temple.
I was here twice and both times they disappointed me. I had 3 hours earlier and online order until I got there to pick it up, they said my order was not ready and it takes 5 minutes. Long story short, I had to wait 39 minutes to make no trouble. While others come to order us with their command to enter and exit. I talked to the manager and her answer was it? 5 minutes or just a refund. Of course I was lying at this point and I didn't want to have anything to do with them. You will soon get your pizza elsewhere.
This saddens me to review but after waiting 40 minutes for a Hawaiian Pizza, my in laws and I were eating uncooked crust. This is a place we come to often so we never had a bad experience like this until last night. Why say your order will be ready in 40 minutes and give us a pizza that wasn?t fully cooked. We ate what we could from the pizza after realizing the dough was what was stretchy and NOT cheese.
Their thin-crust pizzas are really good, and pretty cheap, as far as pizzas go. The crust is crispy and tastes like salted butter, which is very nice. The cheese is less than ideal when it's cold, but you can just microwave it and it'll be no problem. If you're either impatient or don't have access to a microwave, that can be an issue, though. The pretzel-crust is also quite nice, if I remember correctly. Everything else is okay, but isn't worth it when you can get either a thin-crust or a pretzel-crust instead, in my opinion.
