Little Caesars Pizza - Pomona

The waiting times are concerning, and the staff often seem distracted. My orders took a long time to appear, and the pizzas were never warm or properly cooked. I would rather go to Rio Rancho Plaza or Temple Avenue, where the pizzas are consistently warm and well-prepared.

I had a disappointing experience with the pizza here. I'm a fan of Little Caesars, but this establishment really needs to train their staff on how to make proper pizzas. The last time I visited, I received three burnt and dried pizzas, which were simply unacceptable. I should have checked my order before leaving, but it shouldn't have to come to that—customers shouldn't have to complain just to get properly made food. This place really needs to step up its quality.

I went in hoping to grab a hot and ready pizza, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes. So much for "hot and ready!"

Get what you get with cheaper pizza. Small pizza sauce on the best. Less than half filled crazy sauce.

If it was possible to give a a minus star I would. I've been to this Little Caesar locations multiple times within this month and the service is bad and the employees are very rude and they never have pizzas available they're always saying it's a half hour to an hour wait and when you do get the pizza it tastes like cardboard I don't know what's going on in that establishment but it seems like it they're always chatting and having a good old time in the back and not worrying about what the customers need
