Contribuisci feedbackThis location is close to my office and is good for quick coffee runs. The baristas are very friendly and will fix any drink if it doesn't taste right. The only downside to this location is that it gets packed. Sometimes in the morning if you do a mobile order, there's a plethora of drinks on the mobile order table and it gets confusing. People will take the wrong drink and you'll have to wait for them to remake it. I like coming mid morning to avoid the craziness. When it's not crowded, this is a super chill location with plenty of parking. Also avoid the lunchtime rush, it can get pretty wild too. All in all, good vibes here and would recommend!
Total bad service gave her drink to someone else made us wait a total of 25 minutes to correct everything and still made a big deal like if it was our problem, literally found the way to ruin my Saturday. The guys name is
A huge commendation to the morning crew! their service reminds me of what has made Starbucks so successful, its people! and the drinks and food made to perfection is a cherry on top
I ordered my drink around 4:50 since my class starts at 5:30 and it said on the app that it'll be ready by 4:57. Got there by 5:00 and they said they're running behind by 45 mins late?!? like what?!? it's a cafe, not a restaurant and people got things to do. are we supposed to order ahead 45 minutes before? really disappointed in the service. please train your employees well or please do better. don't go here if you're rushing. they take forever to get your drinks ready.
Gentleman known as Sunshine and his colleague Ryan truly reminded me of the standard for Starbucks customer service. There isn't enough space to talk about it.FriendlyKnowledgeable about their product and even history of the product (most impressive!!!)Compassionate.Great suggestions.I promise these two can teach a master class on customer service.My wife and I are going back soon enough.
