Contribuisci feedbackRude employees! Very unprofessional! Went in with my daughter ordered her a vanilla bean and butter croissant and they took 20 minutes to start our order! Nobody was in line and they said, Are you waiting for something? as if there was anyone else in there ordering! The other employee said, She hasn 't made your drink yet! then another female employee rudely said, She 's making it! worst customer service by far! Friday morning shift employees all women very rude! Very unpleasant visit!
This is how they gave me my oatmeal today. And it wasn't even busy. Normally service is great but I do understand that sometimes things happen .
I always use the drive thru and the staff knows my order. So 5 stars for service. Food makes me choke however and is all microwaved. They should offer fresh food.

Which ever girl was working the window at 7:30am on 10/4 was, seriously, the sweetest. I've been having a rough week, and she literally had the best attitude and glow about her. Had a genuine smile on her face that was contagious. It was really above and beyond most Starbucks drive thru experiences in the most simple way. Simple, kind, genuine interactions like this can turn someone's day around. It did, mine. thank you!
