Burger King - Pompano Beach

The food was good, but the service was lacking. The management displayed poor communication skills. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Eating was good and prepared after expectations. the dining room was clean. the cashier had a problem to make the burger king app code work in register, but the manager took care of the problems.

Terrible experience! I would recommend avoiding this place. A woman with a lack of creativity took my money for three milkshakes, totaling $0.20, and told me to wait while she brought my change and the shakes. After 10 minutes, my granddaughter opened the door and cried out that she hadn’t forgotten us. I had to move my truck to let others out, so I went inside to ask for a refund. The woman told me she couldn't give me my money back because the manager wasn’t there. I noticed the milkshakes sitting on the counter, even though she claimed the blender was broken and it would take time to fix. After refusing to give me either the shakes or my money, I decided to just let her keep the money and told her to share the shakes since she seemed to need it more than I did. There were only a few customers and just a couple of employees, who looked at me as if I was in the wrong. This experience was not worth it. It’s disheartening to see such poor behavior from people these days, but I believe karma will eventually catch up with them!

I am not sure why this is listed as a burger king. that is not burger king. that is the seventh circle of the hell. here they find only frustration, pain, misery and a slow painful death of their brain cells, time and in this order simply order a big headache with a juxtaposition of rude (they will still not get it right.)

Food was cold soda was flat... I even tried a few different flavors, the kids working knew something was broken with the soda machine, I just would of rather them tell me it wasn't working instead of paying for a soda that was flat and no flavor.
