As an enthusiast of authentic Induan food, this is a go to for me whenever I am in Pompano. They have several menu items that are not normally available at US Indian restaurants such as a curry made from sorrel leaves and several dishes made with tamarind. Do not miss this stop. One tip though, I like medium spice but here I always order mild which is plenty spicy. The railroad vegies are also especially good.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access
Best south indian food with top class service.Surely multi visit place!
I eat here regularly. The atmosphere is spectacular, service above and beyond (Vali is ALWAYS very attentive and friendly), and the food never disappoints always fresh and flavorful, cooked with lots of detail/heart.The only aspect which could use some improvement as an operation is the consistency of veg options in the buffet sometimes they are plentiful and other days very sparxe (recommend calling ahead).Excellent value!
This restaurant typically closes at 10.30.With an advance reservation made at 8.30, we reached the restaurant at the stipulated time -9.15, were seated immediately, given the menus/ complimentary pappads/condiments and then we waited for nearly 20 minutes to place our order....That was enough time to work up an appetite... decide our orders...and look forward to a hearty meal........only to be informed, thereafter, that theKitchen is closed, and that they are not taking any more orders ....!!We left the restaurant at 9.30....and scrambled to find another place that could be open at that hour !!!It seemed to be a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing (reservation/seating/menu presentation/appetizer service and then declining the ability to be able to provide the service).....
