Contribuisci feedbackFell for the reviews again!!! Are they even real? JMark food is at the top of bad food experience I have ever had. Took my fiance on a date looking for a good place to eat. I had orange chicken with mashed potatoes. He had Mahi Mahi. HORRIBLE doesn't even describe how bad the food was. Both meals lacked salt, basically tasteless. The Mahi Mahi was wet and drowning in a tasteless sauce. The orange chicken was like a cafeteria-style popcorn chicken nugget. It tasted like it was also flamed for burned flavor? (Panda Express could have done better. I would have sent the food back but my fiance doesn't like waste. So I stuffed down much as I could then gave up. Driving home hungry and disgusted now. $90 wasted. Really disappointing.
Best restaurant by far in pompano food is amazing especially the prime rib! Staff are amazing and atmosphere is amazing! What can I say but AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING definitely one not to be missed!! Will definitely be back!
We were 5 couples who came to celebrate one of our friend’s birthday. We were seated outside, which was very nice and very quiet. Our waiter, Shawn, came by quickly to see if anyone wanted a beer or hard drink. He explained some of the dish specials and gave us time to decide. My wife ordered a Caesar Salad to start and then a nice plate of Chicken Parm. She was one of the few in our party that didn’t have to return their plate. All of us who ordered their 10oz New York strip $21.99) dinner, had to return their plates, as they were very undercooked or not prepared as ordered. The problem started right from the get go, as Shawn was overwhelmed at this point. The plates went back to the kitchen but when returned by some other waiters, they didn’t go back to the right people. It was a mess. After supper, Shawn cleared the table and came back with 10 small plates, which he placed right in front of the Birthday girl. NO surprise now!! After supper, Shawn came back with ONE bill for the table, instead of a bill for each couple. He explained the restaurants policy at which point 2 of us went back to the front reservation desk to argue our case. Finally, after getting nowhere, Dani Hurd, their Senior Service Manager stepped in. She assured us that we would all get individual bills one per couple). She was very nice and calmed everyone down. One last thing. The Birthday Girls daughter had ordered an $80.00 Birthday Cake, which was not delivered to the table.
The server we had was at the host stand. I walk in with a small service animal and she sits us. She then comes and take our drink orders. She brings drinks then she brings bread. She comes back to take our food order. Then she comes back again to say the food will be out shortly. Shortly after she came by to say the animal needed to be on the floor. So one guest heads to the car to get a leash. A gentleman with gloves on comes by and has a rude tone and I let him know the leash is on its way from the car and now I’ve decided to leave from the rude employees not knowing how to be more polite about this matter. In restaurant management I would simply be polite and let guest know our policy. As we go to leave the server is very angered and makes unprofessional remarks then turns to with a spray bottle and sprays the service animal and myself with chemicals. The manager should have told us since he probably told her so she waited til 39 minutes to say something. This is probably a leadership problem. The manager never came by so be careful as the servers here do not care and she basically threatened us on the way out if we god forbid has her in pictures we posted on yelp.
This was an amazaing experience. due to the service, ambiance and great food. I was especially impressed by the attention by the manager, JR who made us feel very comfortable. This place has become my husband and I's favorite spot. Thank you, J Marks.
