Jimmy John's - Pompano Beach

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I've been waiting over an hour and a half for a sandwich, and when I called to follow up, the employee was unhelpful. She acknowledged the issue but said she didn't care and that there was nothing she could do. Then she just hung up on me. I'm still waiting for my sandwich.

I’m really disappointed to say that this place always seems to be closed now. I drove by the other day and saw a sign in the window where the "open" sign used to be. It's such a shame because it was the closest restaurant to me, and they always delivered. I feel let down.

I stopped by to grab some sandwiches for the family, but this place was completely shuttered. The windows were dark, the door was locked, and the sign was gone. I tried to report it as closed to Google, but they declined my request.

Iam so disgusted this was my first time ever trying jimmy johns I was just horrified when I found a hair in my sandwich.I can't imagine how much hair was in and that sandwich was drowned in whatever sauce they had in there the bread was hard af.

Love Jimmy Johns and this one in particular has excellent customer service. I order a veggie sub minus the mayo, cheese, guacamole and cucumber. So basically it's just lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, hot peppers, sauce and oregano and when I get home I'll add vegan mayo and vegan cheese and it SLAPS!!! Sometimes I'll even add vegan turkey to it too. If anyone is thinking of going vegan just know that you can still enjoy messy, drippy and delicious sandwiches from Jimmy Johns (some assembly required)
