Contribuisci feedbackI been buying the chicken because is good even if the price went up and they charge you for the sauces but the new personal works there doesn’t know how to fix and resolve a true complaint and treat a client . So the green rice I order and is not cheap and not free either and was part of my child dinner to go order was not fully done some of the rice was not cook and we feel it ! Not even good flavor too ok but not fully cook? And she said the rices was ok so I’m lying ? … my son love this rice and couldn’t eat it and my family either. I call and they ask ME how I want to resolve this ? Really? Or I can go back again right the way to pic a a new rice . No thank you . Thumbs dow so disappointed. Not only check your order tried before you get home !
This place is a great option to get a really good food for a low cost. Fresh, and made like home. We had chicken roasted and fish ceviche… it was delicious!!!
HORRIBLE customer service!!! People in the front are so rude. They wanted to charge for extra sauce and even ask you how much ketchup you need. All this with the worst attitude. It doesn't matter how much you spent. The worst quality paper plates and even so they ask you how many more plates you need. Me and my friend swear not coming back again. We've spent so much money eating there to get this bad service. Obviously they dont care about the value of a customer. The owner needs to do something about this!!! I don't usually make bad reviews but this is unacceptable.
I've been dining at this restaurant for years, and overall, the food is good for the price. However, the quality of the chicken can vary; it really depends on the cook. Unfortunately, I've noticed that the service has been below average and seems to be getting worse. For instance, the woman at the register today didn't even say thank you. I also heard that they're now charging for sauces, which is what she mentioned. Good service and food are what keep customers coming back. I typically place a pickup order once a week and spend about $50 each time. For now, I might drive a bit further north for my chicken fix. I plan to return at some point to see if there's any improvement in service and customer care, as the location is convenient for me. However, if things don't change, I may have to find another place to go for good.
I order a criollo fish for $13.99 it was breaded very small with a thin line of white fish if that was fish with a dark sauce and very salty. The breading came all apart at the first cut. It came with a separate small salad swimming in a very salty watery dressing With 2 tostones that was as hard as wood. It was so disgusting that I had to throw it away. I try to talk to the girl at the cashier but she didn’t understand me plus she had a long line and the other cashier was just walking around instead of helping out. Never again I will step into La Brasa!!!
