Pizza Hut - Pompano Beach

I'm totally disappointed with this pizza hut. I earned food for my children. The delivery man was lost 2 hours and never delivered the food.

This is the worst pizza hut to get Curb. I had an associate, tell me they didn't answer the phone. I have already been checked in the app and released online for the food so I? m very confused as she would have known when bringing out the food. You're always very rude and I never get my food on time. If I call the pizza shop, I can't even explain a manager what happens. If you decide to order from this organization, do NOT order from this location. And I will follow that something is done.

Order online and after completing my order the app said it would be delivered in 25-30min. One hour 45 minutes later I called and spoke to a guy named Renato and he said they had only two drivers and the driver was on the way. 45min later, I called again and Renato told me if I could pick it up myself because the car broke. That was almost 3 hours later and no pizza. That was the worst experience with this pizza hat. Now is ordered by Dominos!!

You'll cancel your food if you don't pick it up when it's done. Be careful.

We ordered over the phone, after we picked up our order, got home, the order was incorrect, they gave us boneless wings for chicken wings. So we went back, told them what happened, we were such in a rush that we didn't look at our order, and again they got it wrong. No Customer service at all, did not compensate me for their mistake having to drive back twice to them. Need better employees and managers the pizza hut on sample and federal.
