Contribuisci feedbackI'm not usually one to complain, but I ordered a salad because I was in a hurry during my lunch break. I hardly ate any of it before I found a hair in it. I spoke to Casey, and all I got was, "Okay, I'm sorry." What a waste of money.
The service was disappointing; they got my order wrong, and the counter was messy. The woman who helped me was rude and had a poor attitude. However, I have to commend the early morning staff member who works around 5 o'clock—she is excellent and really knows her job. So overall, I’ll give it a 3 out of 5.
The rewards app she uses is overly complex, and entering her birth date feels nearly impossible. In contrast, the establishment just upstairs maintained a clean and tidy environment.
Do not let them order a sandwich in person, but they can stand next to the counter and order it online (if they are with workers without masks in it) and watch them, it is nothing but total nonsense and does not help anyone.
The pumps are always janky no outside receipts,cant pay at pump, squeegee messed up...always something. The line inside is always too long to have to pay before I pump esp since Im not buying anything else. This Casey's is a block from where I live but I'll go on and drive to Murphy's. The clerks are always pleasant, that's the only plus for me.
