Frazier's Sports Grill - Ponca City

Eat was good, fresh! the waitress had everything ready before we even got there, although there were more than ten of us. the waitress has checked us every few minutes, our orders get in a great amount of time, everything was clean, beautiful toilets! not too expensive

Great time was here every time we were! this place has great personal, great drinks specialties and some fun games! try to beat the high score for riesen jenga! (the highest score is not shown)

I wanted to eat with my husband. to begin, was not greeted when we stepped, we had to sit (only 1 tables of people in the room next to us.) when we mean we were ordered, he asked about the wee and the bartender who was also our server, said they had a house wine, but did not know what a wee it was. she gave my man a little taste, but never came back to ask if he wanted a glass until our food came to the table. my man ordered a fallett, med rare and what came to the table was not a fallett. I asked for another meat cut. at this time my meal arrived and I asked for butter for my potatoes because they were so dry. 10 min later my men came out new meal and was rare, sent this back and rarely came back. While waiting for butter on my plate, 4 servers were close to being grounded with one of the server haare because they had it just dyed and their daughter loved it, nobody waited for us. the owner finally came by and at this time my eating was cold waiting on the butter. I was very upset by this time, I told the owner that the staff should wait for the people not to chat around while we all wait for service. (2 server dusted the lights next to us) I also said how service that is what people want and we did not get it. I had two bites of my meal because it was cold and my man had a few bites of his rare steak. finally abandoned. owner said she would take care of the ticket and it ended us $30.00 for about 4-5 bites of our meal. the owner didn't take care of it. she stopped what I had to say, but defended her rest. Thanks for taking care of it.... will never go back there and I would advise them if they go, the steaks don't order, burgers are better. the service only sucks. I will let all my friends know about the service. would not advise them to try this place.

5 minutes waiting for drinks and menus. 5 minutes to wait the staff to ask if we were ready to start. if we have said no, but we are ready to order our meal. She said she was back. then she cleaned one table, served a two beer at the bar and took another job. I'm tired of waiting and going. there was only one other table and one gentle on the bar. I will not be back and she lost a good tip because we were there to order steaks. it also cost the device two steak dinners. no wonder they were not full for a Friday night!

Not a good experience. Waitress definitely an issue. Poor customer service/satisfaction skills for sure. Waitress Just assumed what we wanted and that's what we got even after questioning her about it. Sad. Probably won't return. Think her cell phone most important thing on her agenda tonight.
