Taco Bell - Ponca City

The chips for the Nachos Bell Grande had a distinct taste of old grease. However, everything else was well-prepared, and the Steak Nacho Fry burrito is definitely a standout item.

My coffee was only half full, I didn't receive the Pepsi I paid for, and the burrito was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted.

The nacho chips had a terrible smell and tasted even worse! It was as if they had been fried in burnt or old grease. Unfortunately, the whole dish was inedible and had to be discarded.

Well for starters what I ordered is not what I got I ordered jalapenos and potatoes on my menu bowl and didnt get it also the bowl was half way empty I know its not the door dash guys fault its not his job to check are orders taco bell needs to learn to make the order right I didnt even order that much just a menu bowl and chips how hard is that to get

The chips were inedible because they tasted like chemicals. Dont they have any quality control at this place?
