La Casa Del Chef - Ponce

Went here for a late lunch. Ordered the fried Chillo, red snapper. Out was very flavorful and crispy. The coconut flan and coffee were magnificent!

LOVED their coconut flan so smooth and creamy, the right amount of coconut flavor, the right amount of sweetness, the carmelization of sugar, with shredded coconut and whipped cream. Absolutely divine! I also had shrimp mofongo which was really good too. My pina colada however was just okay. It wasn't bad, but have had better. Still, will definitelyrecommend this place.

For me, this is the best restaurant in PONCE. Have been coming to this place for years, and I have never left dissapointed.

This place offers delicious food with amazing service. My family and I are vegetarians and one of us is extremely allergic to seafood. They were very accommodating and helpful in ordering. We had the onion soup, cheese balls, sorrullos, mofongo with vegetables, rice and beans and guava flan for dessert. Everything was wonderful. Very recommended.
