The staff are very friendly, especially the manager who explained it well to me. I recommend this hotel, the rooms are impeccable, nothing to say, clean, and yet I have not stayed in a hotel that is not too expensive, and thank you for this welcome : Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Ugh! Room ok but nothing more. Noisy and borderline humid. Very average restaurant also with a disappointing menu. Approximate service. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3

We spent a weekend in the beautifully renovated hotel. And had an honest breakfast and dinner in the adjacent restaurant. The owner and his staff are top people, work hard and are always there for you, especially Anthony who works a lot. Have been coming to this region for years, and it always feels like coming home. This is also a nice place to make a stop, quite close to the toll road. But also a very nice environment to stay for a week. There is much to discover around Poncin.
