Mcdonald's - Ponoka

I'm going to update on this only beacuse of excellent customer service to a younger server by the name of Mckenzie, she was such a sweet girl to get ran through and even though she just started she did amazing and asked plenty of questions in regards to my order (I felt so bad cause it was a big one), the only thing that bugs me is that she didn't get the extra help she needed tonight when I went since she is still new, Thank you Mckenzie for serving my order tonight and I wish you luck futher on!

Went to drive through robot greeted me. Ordered my meal. Got to work. Drink order number 647. Sandwich order number 645. Tried to call store 8 times, no answer.

Went through the drivethrough at 5:45AM with no one behind me. They made me pull ahead and wait in the parking log not the window,because it runs up their timer inside. That's not what that timer is for. Horrible

They don't wash tables unless requested. Manager gossips about other staff members not there. Person who went out to do garbage did not clean hands before serving customers. Person who took meals out to vehicles kept opening bags and putting hands in them. . also never washed hands prior to attending customers.

Food is always cold. There's a guy there named Andrew that is rude and annoying.
