I read Ruby brest's opinion... confusing the paleron with false net.... What a disappointment to read such opinions... I commend the answer and professionalism of the leader...

We had lunch at 4 for the first time in this restaurant, and took the lunch formula. Everything was excellent and very well presented. The setting is very pleasant and warm. We'll probably be back!

We know this restaurant well, but we will never get back to it. We have ordered two beef nets and what we are using the paleron on the menu of the day. Being in the middle of the mouth I know the difference. The meat was good and well cooked but the paleron was not charged at the net price. If you don’t have the requested product says the instead of picking up your customers assuming they’re ignorant.

Not very beautiful glass that hides a magnificent gourmet restaurant,discovered by chance. A simple but delicious cuisine. I recommend this gourmet restaurant. Merity of being in Michelin
