My husband and I were driving through Normandy and randomly stopped at this restaurant for lunch. It was amazing!! After being in Paris for 10 days, I can honestly say this is the best meal we have had in France so far. We weren't planning on stopping for a four course meal but so glad we did. Cream of celery soup that was almost a soufflé, buratta with tomato and sorbet, sounds crazy but it was brilliant, white fish in a light cream sauce with risotto that was so tasty, assortment of cheeses, and an unbelievable chocolate hazelnut tart filled with a thin layer of carmel, along with strong and satisfying espresso. The staff was welcoming and accommodating on a Sunday when they were booked, the chef is incredibly talented! Try to make a reservation if you can, you won’t be sorry!!
We've been going to the auge country for a long time. and it was last night that we discovered the restaurant that really fits our expectations. the key to the unique place, an atmosphere, a dinner .... everything is successful here .. divinely cooked dishes really delicious local products artistic presentation .... a friendly atmosphere. we feel that customers know the house ... elegant service and of course the eye of the cook who came to exchange three small words that we will return accompanied , distribution address
