LATE CHECK-IN, VERY LATE ROOM READY DURING 2 NIGHT STAY, NOT PROFESSIONAL STAFF. SAUNA AND TURKISH BATH NOT HIGIENIC. 45 MINUTES WAITING FOR A SOUP AT THE RESTAUNT. NOTHING FOR A FIVE STAR HOTEL!

Dined here every night. Ordered something different each time. Presentation and taste of food was excellent.

Gostávamos de tudo, sentimos muito por não ficarmos mais tempo neste hotel. melhor hotel para ficar e conhecer a ilha de carro!

I stayed at the hotel which was great, but the restaurant was nothing special and wouldn't recommend it unless you need something to eat quick. The waiting staff were just OK and were standing around while it was obvious that we wanted the order. The drinks were good but filled with ice and wasn't much in them. The quality of the food was okay--the pasta was very oily. I'd skip it.
