I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Florenza Pizzaria Palhoça. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that my tuna pizza order has been delivered with an excessive amount of onion, even after repeatedly requesting that the amount of onion be reduced. Yesterday(7/2/2023), I ordered a tuna pizza, as usual, with little onion. However, to my surprise, the delivered pizza contained an excessive amount of onion and, even more frustrating, had no trace of tuna, despite being charged as such. I immediately contacted the pizzeria to report the incident and was instructed to send a photo of the pizza so they could assess the situation. I sent the requested photo, but so far I have not received any response or apology from the pizzeria. I would like to point out that I am a loyal customer of Florenza Pizzaria Palhoça and have always ordered from them. However, their lack of consideration for my request and indifference to my problem make it difficult to maintain that loyalty. Also, it's important to mention that we paid a hefty price for our orders and yet we were ignored. I hope the pizzeria takes steps to ensure these issues do not reoccur with any other customers.
