Contribuisci feedbackThe pizza is good, but the service is horrible! I placed the order on iFood at 9pm, it was supposed to arrive by 10pm. At 10:30 pm I contacted them via the app's chat, they ignored me. I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded quickly, but when I questioned my order, they simply ignored me again, responding at 11:30 pm after the pizza arrived cold and more than an hour late. More than two hours to deliver a medium pizza! Order placed at 20:39, 22:55 and no delivery. They take a long time to respond to WhatsApp and when they respond they say it is already out for delivery and it never arrives! Lack of respect!
