My boyfriend and I always went to buy lunch at the establishment, which we never had any problems with and we always received good service. We went today (02/09), in which we got a 1-meat lunch box, in which 1 piece of breaded chicken was chosen. When going to the cashier, we informed the price and the attendant accused us of taking the lunch box with 2 meats, in which we informed that we didn't take it and questioned the reason, telling them to check the lunch box if they had any doubts. Even showing the lunch box, doubts still arose from the cashier and the employee, making us feel very embarrassed as if we had tried to lie to the employees. It was an establishment we always went to, but after this incident we will no longer go. I suggest that if you have doubts about the conduct of your customers, ask an employee to assemble the lunch boxes for them so as not to cause unnecessary embarrassment. Grateful.
