Sabor Italiano - Ponta Do Sol

Pizzas were good basic pizzas and staff was very friendly. It was a restaurant of a shopping center which made the setting a bit disturbing and restless.

This is our favourite coffee stop with the most delicious huge custard tarts! The coffee strong and yummy!

We visited Sabor Italiano yesterday and had our favourite meals so far after 6 days on Madeira. It’s a casual place in the Ponta do Sol shopping mall and we enjoyed sitting outside. Easy parking available. We had a mixed salad which was fresh with tasty, my husband had a pasta dish with chicken, red peppers in an olive oil/tomato base (sorry can’t remember the name) and I had a small pizza that was huge. We are here a few more days and will definitely go back for another meal!

Speak english, good service, good food perfect for a quick bite to eat

Unfortunately the pizza was beyond good, too much cheese, a lot of oil, which resulted in stomach issues. The sizes were good for the price, also the drinks were good (whine was tasty)! Service was friendly and fast. Location is next to a street, very loud.
