L'Estaminet - Pontchâteau

We had a delicious lunch here from the menu. Obvious that we were English, so they gave us their translated menu. A jewel in his own right. Translations are scary and not helpful, but the mood was charming. Food was excellent, service... was great and the prices were not bad either. We'll be back before our holiday ends.

Didn't expect much when we went to the wrong place and didn't know until we set ourselves. Bordeaux Wine at 4€a Glass Tick! Had a small amuse-bouch of Gazpacho, which was beautiful and the lamb was beautiful. The tiramisu was not tiramisu, but was the best dessert... I had a very long time! Good visit and great value.

En terrasse nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner en famille . L accueil de la patronne et du personnel ont été plein d attention. A refaire

De retour de belle île en mer nous avons fait une pause a Pontchateau et nous sommes retrouvé dans ce resto par hasard que de bonnes surprises carpaccio de thon..merlu enfin du gout et de vrais saveurs...a prix très doux . le service est un peu lent mais ici tout est réellement fait maison semble t il...ceci explique cela ..rarement aussi bien mangé a ce prix..A CONSOMMER SANS MODÉRATION.

Excellent cuisine...Bien reçu...Mais service un peu lent...Il faut s'y arrêter....Bien placé en centre ville.
