Jersey Mike's Subs - Ponte Vedra Beach

I visited them on a particularly busy day, but my Philly cheesesteak was definitely worth the wait. The service was excellent, and I dined in for lunch. The price per person was between $10-20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying Jersey Mike's Famous Philly cheesesteak.

I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, but they never disappoint. Tonight, even though they were closing soon after we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming. When we ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and discovered the bacon was gone, Joel immediately offered to make more. We decided it wasn't worth making him cook more, even if it was just 2 minutes, since my son was fine with just chicken and ranch. Keenan was also helpful in ensuring our order was correct and making sure we received the loyalty points and the free medium sub we redeemed points for. You can't go wrong with this place, but having two guys with great personalities like Joel and Keenan makes the last-minute visit worth it. Kid-friendly: My 8-year-old is very picky but absolutely loves the subs here. This is the only place where she will eat a whole sandwich.

Went in to grab a sub customer service wasn’t really there the cashier seemed uninterested in taking my order the servers name on my receipt was Elizabeth but I doubt that his name . he ddnt speak or acknowledged me when I came in that makes me not want to do business with companies like this. He also didn’t offer a bag just expected me to grab my sub and. Chips and go horrible !!!!! A older white man came in after me and he ddnt hesitate to speak and give him great customer service just saying got a lil racists vibes from him . On the other hand the gentleman that made my sandwich was very friendly and welcoming deftly won’t b back here again customer service is key learn how to use it !

This was my first time trying a sub from this restaurant and I have to say, it was the best sub I've ever had! The young lady working there, whose name I don't know, was amazing. She helped me choose a chipotle steak sub that was absolutely delicious.
