M Shack Nocatee - Ponte Vedra

M Shack is one of my favorite places to grab a burger. It's always so juicy and flavorful with so many topping options. However, the last few times I've visited, I've had to wait for a period of time for staff to acknowledge I was at the counter and ready to order or ask if I have been helped yet. This typically happens when the store is not very busy. During my last visit, I got a burger to go and asked for one of the premium toppings which is an additional charge. When I got home, I noticed the topping wasn't on the burger. I called the store, and no questions asked they offered to make it right by making me another burger free of charge, and I was very appreciative of that. Overall, I will definitely be returning to M Shack, because they do listen to their customers, but be prepared to potentially wait for service. Parking: Parking is abundant as it is located in a plaza with other stores and restaurants. We have enjoyed M-Shack in Nocatee for some time but there were issues. Kevin Hardee, the wonderful manager of M-Shack in Town Center, is now full time manager in Nocatee. Kevin has made many positive changes in Nocatee by using the same managerial practices that made the Town Center so popular. Kevin certainly has a way of mentoring his young staff to step up with a smile and take care of customers. The kitchen staff is efficient and quick, quality is superb and service is excellent. Karen and Robin are terrific and help Kevin keep M-Shack a popular dining location for all Nocatee residents and families. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Robin is the BEST bartender, this place has great burgers, but seriously if you come to the bar you will be greeted courteously, professionally, and with a smile. I've been coming in here for years, and will continue for years. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Put this on your TripAdvisor list of places to visit when you come to Nocatee.
