Mcdonald's - Pontiac

Collect me a medium fries when my order is large. smh.

Whoever the older Caucasian dame, the orders in the window on 3pm takes refusing to take my order, no one was on the machine while I was repeating hallo for 3 minutes when I came into the window to let them know that the machine does not work I always said hello no answer she said that it was because she was at another customer line and she cannot put back my order. very bad attitude not recommend and ignorant .

I don't think it's okay to serve people raw food! Absolutely disgusting!! I'm mad I even have to give this review one star they don't deserve any.

I used to go out of my way to this location because of one factor only, price... Well, they raised their prices 30% this week and gave me a final reason to not return. I didn't go there because the staff was friendly (they're certainly not) or it's clean (it's not). This is a really shame too, because their customers are mostly low income communities in the area. Bad form...

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. First off it’s trashy inside and outside of the McDonald's. The entire seem totally incompetent of their position and duties. Poor management! Poor customer service! Poor food quality!
