Pop Sushi - Pontoise

Order placed at 9pm arrival at 11:45pm! Besides, the order was incomplete! Unable from 11:00, so we didn't know if we were gonna get our order. The sushi is passable.

Classic Japanese dishes with novelties that I had not seen elsewhere like fruit makis (kiwi, strawberry, banana). all with fast delivery!

We ordered a first time to make a Japanese evening at home. At the end of an hour we still had not received our order, so we called. the manager apologized for the delay and proposed a reduction for the next order. Two weeks later, we made a new order. we had to place order by phone to benefit from the discount. the person at the end of the line announces a discount of 5 euros and offers us a bottle of wine. Once the order was received, we realized that sushi and soup were missing. For a two-way meal, we didn't have much to eat. So we reminded the restaurant to warn them. The woman at the end of the line answered us very badly and told us that they had forgotten the soup but that we had never announced that we wanted those sushi. we tell her she's mistaken and insists by denigrating us. We'll have to remind him that we're the customers and we're not treating his clients as well. In the end, we will never order in this Japanese restaurant (and since we eat Japanese several times a month, it is a shame for this restaurant).

We ordered several times by phone to get us delivered and it went well in general: nice phone reception, quick service, deadlines.Sweet delivery. One time, we misunderstood the phone and they compensated by two more pins. Small flat: what I observed every time, the cabbage salads never date from the day, always the day before or two days before...Otherwise, the sushis are fresh, the varied compositions, mixed formulas that allow to combine the dishes.On the other hand, when I order to take away, despite the friendliness of the gentleman and the speed of the orders, his colleague, if it is still pleasant. It goes very well on the phone, but things change face to face. So we prefer to be delivered or to the restaurant next to the station.

On 2 occasions I ordered by phone. Fast delivery and delivery. Quality packaging. Command compliant. Correct rates. Delicious dishes. I recommend this establishment.
