Burger King - Pontoon Beach

28 minutes in line to order still haven’t ordered and 2 cars have been waited on. Terrible service more cars have left than have been served.

Waited 10 minutes for food. We were the only car there and left with a long line. It was missing onion rings and we went inside to ask and she said we are t not allowed to open the order… it’s our order?? Plus you forgot our onion rings and we would have driven away without them. She tossed the onion rings in the counter. Super rude and slow. The one guy that brought us our order was nice

This kid Donellius went above and beyond to make sure my order and food was correct. Very friendly and professional.

Terrible service waited in the drive-through line for 25 minutes until someone spoke to me ordered my food, and if I added a large order of onion rings, they would replace it with the fries and it took me 15 minutes to get my food, even though there was one other person in

I would give this place a negative 10 if I could. I waited 25 minutes to place my order in the drive-thru, even though I was there before the cars they ended up helping first. This Burger King has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees didn't even acknowledge my presence or ask me to wait before helping other cars. The two cars in front of me ultimately left without even placing an order. If you're looking for better customer service, I would recommend avoiding this particular location.
