Contribuisci feedbackI placed my order and was contacted when it was ready, only to be told that they wouldn't accept a hundred-dollar bill unless I gave the driver the change as a tip. I had informed them before I ordered that it was the only bill I had. After being a loyal customer for years, I find this situation insulting and upsetting. I will no longer be ordering from Domino's.
My company treated me to lunch, but they overcharged us. They mentioned they would send the receipt, but this isn't the kind of customer service I expected. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
The pizza was missing chicken on one of the orders, and two of them were almost burnt on top. However, the customer service was excellent; the staff member was very polite.
As a regular user of the app it goes to say I like Dominos. But here lately the my local delivery driver and the mobile pizza tracker have been off. I feel the local Dominos should have drink stock and other items listed so you don't get the 2 hour latecold pizza because your drink or toppings where wrong.
Removed a star, employees are new, something has changed. I say this because I've bought the same exact pizzas here since they opened and the last two visits the last to collect on a wrong order) were disgusting. The 2 pizzas were noticably heavier,don't know if it was the sauce or added dough from thin to the hand toss not ordered. New youthful employees perhaps, round twowas near normal, but the pan was still off on the sauce for some reason... Medium pie with large pie sauce, don't know. UPDATE:NEW EMPLOYEES....PIZZA BACK ON TRACK
