A local family pub for local people. I 've recently moved into the area, so I 'm checking out my 'close to home ' pubs. I had a half of Guinness chose a quite spot to sit and just enjoy the atmosphere. It was a Friday night, there was a DJ, lights, a broad range of age groups. I 'll go back

Pop in yesterday for lunch,Absolutely disgusting, ordered a substitute meal currys were off the meal was rice streps of chicken with a sauce ,I paid for extra rice where it was I don't no. the sauce was a gravy thick slop, it was reported the girl wasn't impressed was offered..a dessert

Food is OK but a little expensive. Don't buy any soft drinks, really expensive and not even a full glass was charged £2.70 for a large coke as am designated driver and this is what I got, when I asked for it to be topped up was told that it's the standard measure from the pump and would have to charge me again. I may not have been drinking but I still left pi$$ed

Really good. Lovely staff. The food was great, served hot and not long to wait. First visited a week ago and happy to go back again today. Would recommend for great pub food.

Amazing service! Super friendly staff, especially Charlotte and Victoria who served me personally and were warm and welcoming. They made my experience joyful and funny with their friendly attitudes. Definitely would visit again.
