Pizza Hut - Pooler

I ordered from this location as comfort food for my friend who was not feeling well. The service was very fast and the customer service, even better. The driver stayed in contact with me and the pizza was very fresh.

Worst delivery drivers never show up still charge you for the pizza have HD to drive to the store more than once whe. The driver never called cause they could not find it...Google brings u right to it

Pizza was good. However the 10 min wait after getting there at pickup time was unnecessary especially when Associates said that it would be right out

Ordered pizza and received confirmation at 5:40. I received a 6:20 delivery time (which I thought was super early and a little strange)! At 6:28, I received a call from an employee (not the listed number by the way) saying that they had no drivers so I could either come get it or cancel. Very disappointed. I would not even have made a review if they would have called within the 20 minutes of ordering.

Avoid this location! First made an order online...said 25 35 min. After 45 minutes I called and was told the orders are a minimum of an hour and probably longer . When I asked why I was told they sent drivers home and there was only one driver working for the rest of the night. When I pressed again he said this was to save cost of the drivers pay . They didn 't want to pay their employees?! Really?! Second I asked to speak to the manager. Twice. Both times I was hung up on. The manager apparently had no interest in talking to a customer that had concerns. Finally When I FINALLY got my order, it was wrong... Luckily I 'm just visiting and will never have to use this location again!
