Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Pooler

We ordered two Buffalo chicken wraps and a Santa Fe quesadilla to share. The lettuce in the wraps was brown and unappetizing, and the tortilla was crunchy instead of soft. As for the quesadilla—what a joke! We couldn't even finish half of it; all the cheese was on one side, while the beans and other toppings were piled on the other. It seemed like there were four young girls managing the place, but they seemed more focused on their social media and making TikToks than actually doing their jobs. This experience did not meet the usual standards, and I won’t be returning to this location. It was absolutely unacceptable.

When I entered this restaurant on July 9th at 4:20, I was not welcomed by anyone. A young woman with slim blonde hair eventually came out from the back drive-thru to greet me and take my order. However, the manager, who was quite rude in her approach, informed me that my order could not be made as I requested. I frequent this establishment several times a week in my area, and the young lady who took my order pointed out to the manager that my account shows I visit often and should be familiar with my order. To make matters worse, my smoothie was poorly blended. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and unsatisfactory.

It's completely unacceptable for a customer to arrive at the drive-thru, see the open sign, and then be informed that the business is actually closed. As someone who works in the food and beverage industry, I understand that if we choose to close early, whether it's a holiday or not, we make sure to turn off our open sign.

This place has some very rude young women. I have never seen such mad angry don’t speak females ever. They don’t say hello or thank you. I don’t know where y’all find them from but please have a convo on customer service. I will always leave a bad review if this continues to happened!

Terrible Service. Employee was rude and slow. She was slamming everything down on the table and being aggressive. Then told us they weren't serving food and served it right in front of us after we ordered. Don't think i'll be coming back anytime soon.
