The place is in a top position and its historic walls and courtyard are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and the WLAN works perfectly. Breakfast is delicious and served in a beautiful terrace. All employees are friendly and attentive. The only notes are to pay about the darkness of the rooms and about the pretty shaded bathrooms with some toiletries and others are only refilled upon request. I guess these points should be addressed to reach the full 5 stars. Nevertheless, a place I would recommend.

Five star but basic rooms. Very disorganised. If you put laundry in for washing make sure you photograph the staff member taking it from you holding the laundry so they can't deny they ever had it. Also photograph the completed laundry form. The breakfast staff are more interested in socialising with each other than serving you tea or coffee so I just went to their coffee stand and did it myself. Otherwise great location in town an no reason not to stay there. Beds are fine and the staff may not efficient but are very friendly. You only need a decent shower a good sleep and be close to town. It ticks all those boxes so I would stay here again but I would not let them do my laundry. Others in our group had no big issue in this regard. Lots of restaurants in town which are cheaper and more relaxing than the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again.

The food is mediocre. Service terrible. Came back to this hotel after some years (got much better room this year), but must say that restaurant altho it is nice the food is poor.We tried probably worst, burnt, loaded with fat empanadas, so if it were the first time you tried empanadas, you would never like to eat them again.Ceviche actually should be thrown to the garbage not served to the guests.Breakfast extremely limited, typical of 2-3 * facilities with slow, miserable service.

Very nice open air spot! Service was excellent. Great coffee. A large assortment of fresh fruit and good choices of breakfast food!
