Boston Pizza - Port Alberni

I ordered an extra sauce for my pasta online. When I went to the store to get food, I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the pick up time, but my food was already prepared and stored. I did the same with the last order, but there was no extra sauce, so today I asked the staff to confirm the extra sauce before paying. She asked the other staff(did the packing), not the kitchen, about the extra sauce, and their answer was the same: there is no container for the extra sauce, so maybe the extra sauce is on top of the pasta. My pizza had been made for a long time, so the bottom of the pizza box was wet and the dough and toppings were all cold. After arriving home when all the sauce was mixed, the pasta had a white part because there was not enough sauce. It's not the first time, but I've been through it twice, so I'm leaving a review. And I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff who packed my food. My request must have been quite annoying and unpleasant to her. I will no longer do takeout. I had an excellent dining experience here. The place is clean and well kept. Everyone was smiling and very nice to talk to. The food was good, everything was cooked properly and presented nicely. It arrived in less than 15 mins. To me, that is exceptional, especially because of how nicely everything was prepared.
