Huge waste of time lost our reservation and could have cared less don't know of many restaurants that turn a party of 12 away go anywhere but here

Seems to be trendy with locals.They tend to be rather noisy.Food excellent,adequately priced.No choice of wines from the liquor store nearby,asvmentioned in a previous review.Service had us wait to be seated to take a phone call.Not up to standards of Tofino,or Ucluelet resorts.

Delay in taking order, delay in serving food, slow decreased size of portion, juice diluted with 80% of ice cubes, even when asked : no ice please.. i have supported the restaurant from the beginning ,I have spend lots of money, had 20 people's dinner...the straw was the poor response from the administration when dealing with a proper complaint from a friend, which , by the way, was noticed by other patrons. The lack of positive response to a complaint is poor PR. I would have expected a positive response and promise to do better. i will no longer support this place.
