Domino's Pizza - Port Allen

The delivery service accepted cash payment, which was convenient. However, they should work on not burning the cheese on the bread and pizza. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent.

My wife and I have ordered a lot from here. They are always polite and punctual, always ready to eat our order and hot. great customer service. My wife loves the cinnamon turns. She said they were twisted and baked for perfection. the pasta is so delicious. the pizza is always good. cannot thank them enough for the delicious meals during quarantine. they made the quarantine more fun. we can count on them to deliver good food with a welcoming delivery. Thank you. we appreciate you.

I waited for over an hour and a half, even though I was told my pizza would be delivered in 39 to 49 minutes. I called to politely inquire about the status of my order. The lady on the phone told me to check the delivery status online and thanked me for calling Domino's, but hung up before I could explain that it had been almost two hours and I was confident it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. I called back and requested to speak with the manager twice, but I was put on hold both times for five minutes without anyone answering.

Ordered at 8:16pm driver finally showed up at 9:52pm I was happy, although they took long I was Happy that they came just before I had to be at work for 10:00pm . . . .. . WELL all that long time they came with 1 pizza! That would've been cool.... IF THAT WAS MY ORDER! I showed him on the order recipe that I ordered 3 medium pizzas one bacon cheese bread. APPARENTLY they took the wrong order EVEN THOUGHT THE NAME ON THEY TAG WAS CORRECT. After showing him my order recipe he said he'll be back with the right order. I had to go to work so my boyfriend was waiting on them, he text me @11:14pm guess what? THEY NEVER CAME BACK! What kind of establishment doesn't call to let you know if your order going to be a little late or they not coming at all??? A UNPROFESSIONAL ONE!!!!!!

This place always has what we need. They always get our order right. They are always nice and friendly. Happy that the staff is so attentive. The food is always delicious.
