Chipotle Mexican Grill - Port Arthur

We enjoyed the kids meal here while sitting outdoors after a very long and tiring day!!! It was a wonderful experience!!! Good food !!! Good people!!!

Old review read Clean and reliable unfortunately now I 'm having to remove the reliable part. About every other app order is wrong, this time they left the veggies and guacamole off my veggie bowl. Sad they used to be so dependable.

I order online and it?s perfect every time. Never had a problem. Food is delicious.

As far as Mexican or Hispanic cuisine it is hard to be Chipotle Mexican grill. For the last 25 to 30 years I've been enjoying their huge burritos and I love the fresh ingredients that they use and The Taste is outstanding especially with the differentmeats that they offer. Not that they would listen to me but if there was one thing I would change it would be before you wrap upthe burrito mix the ingredients up just for 2 seconds so that you don't get only rice in one bite and only salsa in another andonly beans in the next etc.

Terrible, my steak bowl was absolutely müll, meat was cold, sweet under boiled, crispy rice, server tried to give me some lumpy dried green sauce, erm no ma’am, pico could not even give the taste. I'm sure I won't go back here, they fail in comparison
