Sonic Drive-In - Port Arthur

I'll put the head in the box you don't want to read. go somewhere else? after ordering on the trip thru with no one in front of me and two other car parked I waited 15 for my 2 milkshakes. when the young lady came out, the command was wrong, she said she had to go back and it would be a minute. I told her I had been there long enough and had to leave. then she brought me an **** while I was pulled away. I parked and asked the manager if it was normal. When I opened the door, his hired him cried and when I asked why she was probably pushing himself to customers, he looked very overwhelmed and feared before his own employees. I feel for the owner because that's all he has. employees cuddle at customers because she got the job wrong and I didn't have time to waste so she could try to get it right.

2 years ago this place was not so good, but now they have improved their quality. the food, drinks and customer service have much better than before. the only case is that the menu panels show up to time, so where sometimes they have to come out to take their order. not all menus are on. I just hope the owner of the company gets new or fixes it. also their employees give an increase for large workers.

Fast service my daughter I both went there to get half price drinks by ordering from the app she got the new Sour Patch float/slush I was shocked. I really didn't think it was going to be any good but it was very good but also very sour. I recommend trying it out, it's pretty wild

Every car spot we pulled up to I mean 2 in a row was out of service but the food was great and service was timely I appreciate my sonic car hot and will be back soon as as matter of fact I had just left sonic 2days before with no problem tots an a cheese Coney this day I had two corn dogs and tots both days I had a medium ocean water I love that drink it's my favorite one of them I had a surprise and I can say the fountain drink was slightly weak

The food was good but it took me 20 minutes to get a Sonic burger and a vanilla shake
