Asked for sausages and Vegas. Have two sausages served a dish full of potatoes and I sliced bread 18.5 Will never go there again

I have never experienced such a rude customer service. snapped in when we went through the door to have a mask (I have a medical exception and said that) then whatdayawont? No manners. After a friend was told by a friend, to this service station for good service never again!! Good manners cost nothing, but they were missing today.

On December 30, 2021, I stopped at this truck stop for a meal break and accidentally left my new wallet on the counter after paying. I had a brief conversation with an employee about my new handbag and how I always remembered where I had stored things in it. The staff noticed my wallet left behind and attempted to get my attention, but unfortunately, I had already left. When I realized my handbag was missing the next day, I called the truck stop and was relieved to hear that they had found it and set it aside for me. They even offered to send it to me on the Stateliner bus service, which arrived the next morning. I am extremely grateful to the employees at the truck stop and the Stateliner driver for returning my belongings to me in Adelaide.

We ordered hamburgers with the lot and telephoned the order, we arrived and didn't have to wait long for our order, the hamburgers were fantastic like the old hamburgers we bought, doing themselves a favor and eating here.

Customer service is a disgrace! Last Saturday morning, I ordered my regular breakfast bacon egg roll to go I was standing at the counter waiting after 20+ minutes for my order. My colleague received his order in a timely matter. I asked the cook how...is my order going. SHE, in a rude tone of voice, told me I have already received it. REALLY my colleague has his order. Why would I be standing for more than 20+ minutes waiting for my order (If I have already received it)? SHE the COOK claimed that it was made and left on the countertop. Obviously, it was someone’s order she left on the countertop. I NEVER RECEIVED IT! The cook blames me for not collecting the food from the countertop when another customer thought it was his order. Not only I didn’t get my order or refund. I was in disbelief, How a long term customer gets treated. CHECK YOUR CCTV CAMERAS and SACK YOUR COOK...Only then I may come back!!
