Puma Roadhouse & Truckstop

Stopped in here for breakfast. food was ok but customer service & food pretty average. Not many customers in the place but waited quite a while for our order and even longer for coffees. Had to go up to the counter and ask about our coffees, was told "yep i'll just be a sec". We realise it's not the Ritz (not that we've been there) but good customer service goes a long way no matter where you work or what level of business you think you are in. Dirty dishes left on a few of the tables and the toilet facilities could do with a regular tidy up. Very big place that wasn't busy the whole time we were there, can't imagine how much they'd have their work cut out for them if they got busy let alone filled the place up. Breakfast food was nice. Just need to improve on the environment and customer service.

I have been here a number of times in my travels in Australia. All staff is friendly, restrooms clean and all food is great.

Had such a great experienceCame in with my husband and had 2 combination plates (large portions).

A good feed, truckie showers not too bad. : definitely been to worse. Good size portions and the girls are friendly.

Asked for sausages and Vegas. Have two sausages served a dish full of potatoes and I sliced bread 18.5 Will never go there again
