However, the half-empty, cold fries and cold, old burger (which I added extra cheese to in hopes of warming it up) were disappointingly cold. The restaurant did not take responsibility for the issue, and I observed on the DoorDash map that the delivery was done correctly. McDonald's, you should take responsibility or not use an outside service at all. I even wanted to return the food, but they told me to contact DoorDash instead. You need to handle your quality control, McDonald's. You are a business, not a government agency passing the blame.
I think this McDonald's is the best I have ever been to. They got my order right, the food was hot, and my order was prepared quickly. The drive-thru is also fast. I am very pleased with this McDonald's.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered fries with salt, but they were given to me without salt. I went back through and ordered them again, specifying that I wanted salt. When I received the fries inside the restaurant, they still had no salt. I told the guy working there that I had requested salt, but he just gave them to me as they were. It shouldn't be difficult to do your job properly.
McDonald's food is pretty much ok most of the time but the customer service was terrible I had a coupon so my total only came out to a $1.27 I handed the lady change for that total and she said oh change of course... now you have to stay so I can countit to make sure. Lady at the food delivery window is super nice The cashier terrible attitude made the experience veryunpleasant
Sm.fry, double cheeseburger small iced coffee $8.00!! defiantly fast tho..unreal fast more 2 1/2 stars but that's no option
