The dinner was great. the best server of all time, will be back soon. I've been working for the company for 32 years.
A rough lay on the floor in the floor between my table and the people facing me and stayed there until I picked it up after fifteen minutes because no employee would pick it up. the cookies, oysters on the half-shell, regular salate and white sangria that I had been good. my wife had a Ceasar salad, a margarita, twelve carved garnels and rice as her meal, and that was good. When the server delivered our main course, he did not take all the dirty dishes and salad dishes that were empty so that we could have more space on the table. When he returned a second time, we asked him to do what he did right away. I had a new menu item that covered the filled flounder with lobster. it should be debrised with lobster pieces, as it was shown on the photo and described on the menu, which is why I ordered it. the piece of the flounder was small for me, and the lobster pieces consisted of two very small pieces. I was very disappointed. the meal was delicious, however. although I could return to the red lobster in port charlotte, fl, I will be more vocal in my discontent.
The restaurant did not honor my OpenTable reservation. They claimed I needed to call an hour ahead to reserve, so we decided not to go. This was the worst service I have ever experienced with OpenTable. Additionally, the person who answered the phone when we called to confirm was very rude and said, "Lady, I don't think you're listening to me. We don't take reservations," even though we had confirmed the reservation on their website. Please help.
We all ordered different shrimp dishes and were pleased with our choices. I opted for the $14.99 shrimp scampi dinner, which came with a salad, side, and dessert. It was a great value, with about 16 shrimp included. I decided to upgrade my dessert to key lime pie for an additional $2.29. I had leftovers that I enjoyed the next day. Despite some expensive dishes on the menu, the shrimp options were reasonably priced. The variety of options at different prices made it difficult to choose. Overall, we were happy with our meal at Red Lobster.
