Sbarro - Port Charlotte

Great service, super fresh, made to order and beyond expectations. We got 8 Strombolis and lots of marinara included for no additional price. Cooked fresh because we had a special order and large family order. Employee was very pleasant and informative and I will go back. We are from tbe north and love Sbarro, they are few and far between. They are in a mall foodcourt so atmosphere is what is expected but not a large line and not overly crowded at the time we were there. Only 20 minutes wait for special order, shorter than all pizza places. will return.

This place is a joke I waited in line for 5 or 6 minutes It is 6:07 and they tell me they're closed and they can't make me a pizza... And the last pizza I got from here was so terrible I couldn't even eat it. I'm done with this place

Day 4 of me begging for my money back. I paid 19.23 on the app. Then I got there and they couldn't give me over half my order. I asked for a refund and they told me to call corporate. I've called them every day since it happened. No response to any of my voice-mail. Do they just get to steal my money?

Check your pizza carefully. There was a small dead bug laying in the oil of my pizza. Disappointing and gross.

The Spinach Stromboli is incredibly good. Good House Tomato sauce.
