The food is not bad at all but the service is terrible, we are frequent customers but the last time I went they gave me a damaged chili and I told him he would change it and he brought me another equally damaged one, they didn't even ask for an apology or anything like that. After this experience I would think long and hard before returning.
Welcoming, New Peruvian Restaurant in Byram, right on the Greenwich CT and Port Chester NY border. Greeted by a smiling hostess asking how she could be of assistance. I ask for a take-out menu and was guided to the dinner menu. Wanting to stay with Peruvian food I was familiar with, I went with: Chupe de Camarones; Ceveche de Pescado; and Saltado de Camarones. The shrimp soup was a little different, but as good as, any that we have had in this area. The broth had a little more milk than others and I don 't believe I 've ever had a couple of small pieces of chicken in the soup either. The stir-fry shrimp, with scallions, tomatoes, and peppers over French fries w/a nice side of white rice was very tasty. The marinated mixed fish was extremely fresh and properly marinated at the same time. It is one of the very best Ceveche 's we 've had in a very long time! Will we be back.....? We can 't wait to sample the rest of their menu.
Seafood is great. Chicken and salsas are a little too salty.
Small place but very friendly staff and great food. Price is reasonable. I used take out service(I work next door).
